Return and Refund Policy

Preamble

You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning your item. We are not responsible for any loss or damage occurring during transit. You must also, for all returns, prepay the cost of shipping and insurance (if applicable). If your return is eligible for a refund, the refund will not include any shipping and handling charges that may appear on the packing slip or invoice.

When we receive the returned product, we will examine it and notify you by email, within a reasonable time, whether you are entitled to a refund or an exchange. If you are entitled to an exchange or a refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price (depending on the original method of payment).

Article 1 - Return of unopened items:

 

We only accept returns for items returned within 14 days of delivery as indicated by the original tracking information.

 

 

Article 2 - Exchanges

 

We only exchange defective or damaged goods. Where you consider a product to be faulty, please contact us within 14 days of your purchase at the email address below and provide details of the product and the fault. Do not hesitate to take a photo of the defective package upon receipt. We will then tell you how to return the product.

 

 

Article 3 - Shipping

 

In the situation where the customer wishes to return the product purchased on the site to the seller for any reason whatsoever, the customer must inform the seller beforehand, so that the latter can communicate to him the instructions related to the return of the product. If the customer returns the product to the seller on his own initiative, the seller may refuse the package and not proceed with the refund.

Article 4 - Process

 

When we receive your item, we will examine it and notify you by email within a reasonable time if you are eligible for a refund or exchange.

 

If you are eligible for a refund, we will refund the purchase price and a credit will be applied to the original form of payment. Shipping and handling charges you have already paid are non-refundable and refunded amounts do not include the cost of shipping. A maximum period of 14 working days after receipt of our email may elapse before the refund has been received.

 

If you are eligible for an exchange, we will ship a new item to the original shipping address.

 

Article 5 - Gifts

 

If the returned item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. If the item was not identified as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver preferred to receive the item first and give it to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will know that you have returned the item.
