Marinated Chicken, Citrus and Quinoa - Mosaic IPA (BLZ)

With a Mosaic IPA, characterized by its complex aromas and notes of tropical fruits, citrus and berries, we offer a Citrus Marinated Grilled Chicken with Tropical Quinoa Salad . The lightness and fruity flavor of the dish complements the intense aromas of the beer without overwhelming them.

Ingredients for 2 people:

For the grilled chicken:

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of honey
  • Salt and pepper

For the quinoa salad:

  • 150g quinoa
  • 1 mango, diced
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1 red pepper, diced
  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
  • A handful of cilantro, chopped
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions :

  1. Chicken Marinade and Grill :

    • In a bowl, combine the lime juice, olive oil, honey, salt and pepper to create the marinade.
    • Immerse the chicken breasts in the marinade and let sit for at least 30 minutes.
    • Preheat the grill and cook the chicken until it is nicely grilled and cooked through.
  2. Preparation of Quinoa Salad :

    • Rinse the quinoa and cook it according to package directions.
    • Let the quinoa cool, then transfer it to a large bowl.
    • Add the mango, avocado, red pepper, and red onion.
    • In a small bowl, whisk together the lime juice, olive oil, salt and pepper and drizzle this dressing over the salad.
    • Gently incorporate the chopped coriander.
  3. Services :

    • Serve the grilled chicken on a plate with a generous portion of tropical quinoa salad on the side.
