Salmon Avocado Poke Bowl

To accompany a fruity Hazy Pale Ale, we offer a Salmon and Avocado Poke Bowl . This fresh and colorful dish, with its flavors of raw fish, creamy avocado and tropical fruit, wonderfully complements the fruity notes and sweetness of the beer.

Ingredients for 2 people:

  • 300g fresh sashimi quality salmon, diced
  • 1 ripe avocado, diced
  • 1 ripe mango, diced
  • 150g sushi rice, cooked and cooled
  • 1 cucumber, cut into thin slices
  • 1 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds

For the sauce:

  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon of honey
  • Juice of 1/2 lime

Instructions :

  1. Preparation of the Sauce :

    • In a bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, honey and lime juice.
