Grilled Vegetable Skewers and Yogurt Dip - FWT (White Frontier)

For the White Frontier Session IPA, we offer Grilled Vegetable Skewers with Yogurt Sauce . The lightness and crunch of the roasted vegetables is a delicious contrast to the depth of the hoppy flavors, and the cool, creamy dipping sauce balances the subtle bitterness of the beer.

Ingredients for 2 people:

For the skewers:

  • Assortment of vegetables (peppers, zucchini, mushrooms, onions, cherry tomatoes)
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

For the dip:

  • 200g Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons fresh mint, chopped
  • 1 clove of garlic, minced
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions :

  1. Preparation of the Skewers :

    • Cut the vegetables into equal sized pieces.
    • Thread the vegetables onto skewers, alternating the varieties.
    • Brush with olive oil, salt and pepper.
  2. Grilling the Skewers :

    • Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
    • Place the skewers on the grill and cook, turning occasionally, until the vegetables are tender and grilled.
  3. Preparation of the Dip :

    • In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, chopped mint, minced garlic and lemon juice.
    • Season with salt and pepper to taste and mix well.
  4. Services :

    • Serve the grilled vegetable skewers hot with the yogurt-mint dip on the side.

The Session IPA pairs beautifully with this combination of grilled vegetables and fresh dipping sauce. The hoppy, lemony aromas of the beer are highlighted by the richness of the grilled vegetables and the freshness of the yogurt and mint dip.
